2. Meal preparation, help in feeding as needed.
3. Bathing, grooming and dressing
4. Taking and recording weight and temperature
5. Reminding client to take medication when due and providing help in opening medication caps for client.
6. Providing emergency first aid when needed.
7. Help in transferring client when appropriate.
